Hi, I have congenital ptosis by birth and I do not have absolutely no problem with vision. It is matter of appearance. Does home remedies or eye lid exercise or physiotherapy help me in treating this? Or surgery is the only option? Please suggest. I have attached the photo for reference.

Hello there. You do not have any evidence of eye lid ptosis!!!!There is asymmetry between the upper eyelids but that is probably a result of the previous surgery . That is not ptosis.
