16/5/19 I done hair transplant using fue method. The same day my neck become reddish next day look like bruising with burning feel. Then it appeared front neck then back of left ear. Feel like it's spreading. When will it heal? Is it normal pls advise

It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned with the density and shape, follow up with your surgeon for an exam.

1 year post FUE, is it safe to use a dermapen once a week at a 1-1.5mm setting? Would it damage the follicles?

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

FUE 3000 grafts almost 8 weeks ago: my donor area looks thin, was is over harvested? (Photos)

Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery.  The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken).

Protocols vary for each surgeon, but most will recommend keeping the implanted grafts moist with some kind of spray.  This will prevent the grafts from drying out, thus, gradually allowing the scabs to form so it's not all at once.  The donor area is usually kept moist with ointment...

I just had an FUE procedure done 15 hours ago. I choked on my food and coughed pretty hard. Will this cause grafts to fall out?

It would be unusual for grafts to fall out due to coughing. If you are concerned, follow up with your doctor.
