There is no way to guarantee a perfect scar. Yours are quite pink and getting wide in the pictures. Your best bet is to consult with a plastic surgeon about starting IPL laser treatments for the redness. An injection of steroid might also be helpful. Eventually the scars will lighten and can hopefully be revised to a more ideal location. Hope that helps.-CDK

I would not believe that this facelift was done by a board certified plastic surgeon.The location of the scar is not ideal the scars on each side is different.Your scars are thick, they will improve with time or by scar revision by a qualified plastic surgeon
