Is it possible for a Pseudo-bursa to heal on its own? (photo)

I had a full tummy tuck on 8/1/14 and developed a seroma on my right side. I had been getting aspirated but two weeks ago my PS said there was no more fluid. I still have a hard lump and my PS said it was scar tissue. He said to give it time and it would disappear on its own. I was content to hear this until I read on this site that scar tissue has to be removed. I am now worried. Can you please give me some insight on what to do?
