Age related concerns about beginning Accutane therapy?

I am not aware of any studies evaluating this issue however often when treating adults, we tend to use lower doses because the visible side effects are not generally very acceptable to working adults. Meaning the dryness and peeling. And at lower doses most side effects are less likely.

Hi Frumious, I treated patients with Accutane before. Always leaving it to the last resource since it has so many concerning results that you mentioned plus the mental issues depression and even suicidal depression. I got my Aviclear machine last year almost all the patients for the last six month since i started are cleared or have very mild acne at this time. I would look into this other option and try to finance it since it is more expensive. Hope this helped.
