Horrible texture after peel - how to treat this? (photos)

I am a 41 year old olive skin female. Had vi precision plus peel December 2/ 2021. I did not pull at the peeling skin and procedure during swipes hurt a lot but after that no pain or blistering. Now I am left with Hyperpigmentation but more concerning where my skin was flat and even I now have weird bumpy , cratery almost acne scar texture. Please let me know what you think it is and how to treat. I NEVER had this prior. Rosacea I have on Face across cheeks from before Thank you

You may have some hyperpigmentation now that needs enlighten or cosmelan peel to reverse. id suggest that for your skin tone more than VI which is inflammatory. this is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation/melasma/discoloration that needs cosmelan or enlighten peels at home which we can do v...

VI Peels are considered medium depth peels and provide great results when done correctly. However, it is not recommended to receive any type of chemical peel while nursing or pregnant. It is better to wait until you are no longer breastfeeding.

Forgot to apply prep pad (acetone) before my Vi Peel, washed my face with Zo gentle cleanser only. Day 5 and I'm not peeling

Sounds like you didnt prep your skin for the peel or do the right application. I suggest seeing an expert and doing at home enlighten with dermarolling you will see more of an outcome. Best, Dr. Emer.

Your skin could be reacting to other skin care products you are using, not tolerating the peel, or there could be something else going on -- best course of action would be to go see a dermatologist.
