Revision thigh lift, how would you ask about extra skin? (photos)

How would you want your patient to ask how we can make sure this extra skin that was not tightened up the first time is in the revision. I am having a revision due to where the scar is showing on my upper inner thigh. I just want to make sure I am clear about my request.
