Hi there, I have always been extremely insecure about the lower half of my face - I feel it looks masculine and hideous. In particular, I feel that my upper lip/nostril area is very long, flat, pig-like, and shapeless, and my chin is wide and long. I feel that the change that would make the biggest impact would be to reshape my jaw, but is this recommended? Would another procedure make more of a difference? I am desperate to fix my face. (Photos attached) Thank you in advance!
