Facial feminization for the prominent chin and long upper lip?  Your goals can be achieved with a contouring and reduction of your chin. Have done this for more than 35 years with excellent results. Make sure you do not have the angle of your mandible contoured because it will make the upper two thirds of your head look too large.  Your upper lip can be lifted to shorten the white through a sub nasal lip lift.
