Long chin/face, crescent shaped. Any suggestions? (photo)

I'm planning on getting my chin pushed back but hoping to get better advice on how to shorten and feminine the length of my long chin/face. As you can see, my face is really small in comparison to my head. Would really appreciate help.

The bite discrepancy will not be fixed with a chin surgery, but I think that a chin implant with chin liposuction can produce a nice change with the least amount of invasiveness.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

You could consider neck liposuction, possibly with laser to help skin retraction.  You would need to be examined to see how lax your neck skin is and if you have loose platysma muscle, which will determine if you need a neck lift.
