Keep in mind that you are considering surgery on your body and that you often get what you pay for. I suspect that you will have a hard time finding a board certified plastic surgeon able to accommodate you.

A tummy tuck and liposuction is typically $8000 at the low end. Someone may be able to do all of this for $5000, but I would not shop price alone.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds

The results from a well done tummy tuck will last a lifetime. Don't skimp for a couple hundred dollars. Shop your local board certified plastic surgeons and find one that you can connect with and produces excellent results. Get a price quotation and then ask the surgeon (not his staff!) for a military discount. Most plastic surgeons would be more than happy to help a military family who are on a budget. The advantages of having a local doctor more than out weigh the disadvantage of going out state or out of the country for this procedure. There is a lot of follow up care needed, drain care, and sometimes revision surgery. If you travel out of the country, who is going to provide this service for you?
