I had facial fat transfer 28-36 CC and on s/p 22 days, will this get fuller in anyone’s opinion? (Photos)

I'd like a 2nd opinion: Had severe damage to face from filler removal. Had facial fat transfer 22 days ago, loved the way I looked up until day 12. As of today, it appears all fat has dissolved. I also had severe tethering in my right cheek that he had to untether and fill. Ps says wait to 3 months and see results, will this get better and fuller with time, should I be doing PRP and microneedling, adding Sculptura or Radiesse. My body hates HA fillers so can't use those-they cause severe inflammation.

Fed continues to be absorbed for the first three months. You are in the beginning process of that and will continue to lose more volume with time.

In order for us to understand what’s going on with your face you need to explain what happened with your previous fillers. What were the fillers and how were they removed?

The amount of fat injected was appropriate but I’m a lot of the fat isn’t going to survive.

It’s better to do a facial fed transfer with multiple rounds overtime then to do it all in one session.

A lot of the fullness early after the procedure is swelling.
