Is there one CO2 Laser better than the other that would help acne scar treatment? (Photos)

I’ve had a difficult time getting an overall diagnosis for the skin issues I’m having on my chin. I’ve just been told I have congestion and scaring and to look into some type of co2 laser. Is there one better than the other that would help my particular situation? Does the texture on my skin look consistent to something else that could be going on like seborrheic or perioal dermatitis?
