Understandably, just by the nature of the question, "Which laser...?", it is clear that you have fallen prey to Drs. Google, Instagram and TikTock. Had that not been so, the question would likely have been phrased, "What treatments are available that have a proven track record for safety, efficacy and cost-effectiveness?" The answer would have been to seek consultation with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss the use of a series of superficial chemical peels to address improving overall skin texture and diminishing the enlarged pores and to discuss the use of HA skin boosters and fillers for the sagging and wrinkles. All of the aforementioned are relatively inexpensive and have a long history of safety and effectiveness. Fraxel lasers, RF and other so-called energy-based devices are far more backed by marketing and advertising hype and social media buzz than any hard science.
