There is no doubt that you have larger, projected chin, which is in dis-balance with your face. Reduction of the chin should be a part of your surgery. It is difficult to discuss on nose surgery since these photos do not reveal much of nose condition. In person consultation with board certified plastic or ENT surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, who has experience with chin reduction (less common procedure with nose surgery than chin augmentation), is recommended. Sims.thalia, Chin surgery is done with rhinoplasty about 20% of the time, most of the time it is augmented but sometimes the opposite. Hard to tell from the angles provided what would be of the most benefit. In general I recommend that you see an experienced plastic surgeon that specializes in only faces and has decades of experience. Make sure they average about 100 rhinoplasties a year and have plenty of good pre and post op photos. Don't be fooled by computer imaging, see the video and good luck!

By just these two pictures your concern about your chin size seems justified. It appears to actually be the bigger problem in terms of shape and size than that of your nose. The oversizing appears to be restricted to the chin and not the jawline behind it. While it is true that nose-chin surgery combinations are common, it is usually a chin augmentation with the rhinoplasty rather than a chin reduction. But chin reduction can be done as well, it is just a far less common nose-chin combination. It would be helpful for you to see these nose and chin changes by computer imaging.
