I've had small forehead for a few years now. The skin is also dry there permanently no matter what moisturizer I use. The holes and texture aren't acne but they look particular bad with makeup. What is a strong laser solution that could help? Can skinvive or bellafill help? Microneedling did not help me not did RF microneedling, I've used retinol since I was 16 consistently and have also tried some peels.

Answer: Recommend doing a combination of Vbeam for redness and Resurfx to even out skin texture.
These are easy to treat with the right laser. I like the Sciton Clear V for this. I have posted a few on our instagram. you should be able to find a provider in san francisco

Dark under eye circles can make you look tired and older than you are. I would use a combination protocol that includes topical Melarase creams first, followed by a combination of injectable fillers, fractional laser, and RF to blend out the eyelid hollowness and tighten the skin.
