Can sublative laser cause facial fat loss? Look dull and older, noticeable to myself and others. (photos)

I am a 49 year old female. I had sublative laser resurfacing done 4/13/23. My laser tech went "agressive" to help remove the wrinkles above lip and around eyes. 3 weeks after the laser I had deep and long wrinkle lines above my lip and just looked dull and older, noticeable to myself and others. I do fillers above the lip now, but constantly need touch ups. Skin still looks dull & older. All of my medical and labs are great. Is this from the laser and what can be done?
