Venous Lake on Lips - Laser? San Francisco Bay Area (Photo)

I have what it's called two Venous Lakes on my lip and I hear that laser treatment might be one of the better treatments since there are no incisions . I have attached some pictures and would like to know if there are any doctors that can help me in the San Francisco Bay Area with treatment and perhaps let me know what laser you may use that will help me . Thanks.
