What do I need to improve my weak chin? (Photo)

Question

I know I have a weak chin need implant or fat filler etc. But curious if their is a surgery to create almond eyes or cat like eye shape? I like my nose side profile but not looking directly the outer nostril to round to me . Lastly what is that flab that comes out whe i smile corner ends of my smile?

As you mention, a chin implant or fat transfer (which is a living filler) works wonderfully in cases of mild to moderate microgenia (small chin). The photo you provide does not provide enough information to make any meaningful suggestions in regards to the tissue accumulation on the side of your mouth. Anything from a facelift to skin tightening procedures to micro liposuction to tactical filler can help this type of problem, but nothing more can be said, in my opinion, without more photographs, or an in person exam.
A number of procedures can make the lower eyes more “fox – like“ including surgery, directly on the eyelids (e.g. canthoplasty or canthopexy) and an endoscopic, med, facelift and brow lift (assuming you are a candidate for those procedures). By modifying the tissue around the eyelid under magnified vision of the endoscopic camera, the eyes can be tilted in such a way as to make them more seductively appealing while addressing any pulldown of the lower lid,  making it more more almond shaped.
