Hello, I am not in Los Angeles, but I am very experienced and well-versed in upper eyelid filler injections. I use only HA filler (Versa) which can be dissolved if need be. Typically have not needed to dissolve as I place very judiciously and can achieve a great result. In quite a number of patents, fillers such as hyaluronic acid fillers can create nearly permanent edema, and making you look rather funny.
