Can any doctor who is very experienced with upper eyelid filler in the LOS ANGELES area or surrounding area reply to my question? I like how my eyelids look like when I wake up and it is swollen in the morning. However, my upper eyelid deflates an hour or so later, and it looks hollow right underneath the front of my eyebrows. I am interested in getting filler below my eyebrows in the upper eyelid area.

Hello, I am not in Los Angeles, but I am very experienced and well-versed in upper eyelid filler injections. I use only HA filler (Versa) which can be dissolved if need be. Typically have not needed to dissolve as I place very judiciously and can achieve a great result. Thank you for posting your question here!I would not recommend filler in the upper eyelid , if volume needs to be replace or to correct A frame deformity etc then I would recommend fat grafting .I hope this helps, best of luck!

I would not recommend fillers for the upper eyelid treatment. In quite a number of patents, fillers such as hyaluronic acid fillers can create nearly permanent edema, and making you look rather funny.
