With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:1. micro needling and lasers for texture2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen productionsee an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals.Best, Dr. Emer.
You have many options as already mentioned. Each has there pros/cons. You have some plastyma banding noted. FaceTite will not tighten your platysma muscle. You need to have the muscle brought together with a plastymaplasty. FaceTite will improve the small amount of skin laxity you have in the mid/lower face and neck region. Finally you can have a midface lift with a neck lift/plastymaplasty. This will give the best results but costs more and has more down time.
Thank you for your question, I would recommend the Accutite procedure. It is the newest form of precise skin tightening. Patients who need precision fat reduction or skin contraction now have a new solution that can be done under local anesthesia, in an office setting, in less than 15 minutes, without excisional surgery. I suggest an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist to go over your options.
The photographs demonstrate inelasticity of the neck skin, and platysma muscle bands in the neck. There also appears to be a recessive chin profile present. To address all of the facial changes of aging, consider a lower face and neck lift which accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, lifting the jowls, and performing a platysma plasty in the neck. Consider placement of a small chin implant if there truly is a recessive chin profile, however this must be determined at time of the examination and consultation. For many before and after examples of lower face and neck lifts performed with and without chin implants, please see the link and the video below
This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
While it is uncommon, it is certainly possible. Follow up with your facetite provider to see if this is something that would benefit from a steroid injection.
