I had a bad, weird reaction to one Vivace RF treatment 4 days ago. Will anything help? What can be done to reverse this?

I'm a medium skinned Caucasian woman in my mid fifties. I did my homework. Vivace, no PRP, has left me with a grid of small welt-like masses on my cheeks and neck. These in turn are covered with 100 to perhaps 300 tiny reddish brown spots. Nowhere in my research did I come across a result like this one. I'm distraught. I'm low income. The Vivace was expensive. Is there anything out there for me? I'm afraid my own blood has permanently tattooed my face.
