I'm a medium skinned Caucasian woman in my mid fifties. I did my homework. Vivace, no PRP, has left me with a grid of small welt-like masses on my cheeks and neck. These in turn are covered with 100 to perhaps 300 tiny reddish brown spots. Nowhere in my research did I come across a result like this one. I'm distraught. I'm low income. The Vivace was expensive. Is there anything out there for me? I'm afraid my own blood has permanently tattooed my face.

We will often do Vivace and bring the person back for filler in the next few weeks. We do not recommend the filler first. We recommend 2- 3 weeks between the treatments.
While you can try Vivace microneedling to tighten skin after lipo, I'm not sure it will tighten things enough for you to notice a big difference. Considering that it's fairly expensive I would look at other options like devices that use radiofrequency specifically for skin tightening.
