what cause slow hair growth after transplantation?

sorry for having no photo, so I had hair transplant like 3 years ago but I am so disappointed with the result. it doesn't grow at all. Some transplanted hairs are about 3-4 inches but 80% just halt and about 1 and 1/2 inches and very thin as well. so advise me if I use medicine or just wait some 2 or 3 more years for hair to get matured. i have not seen or heard about such problems with hair transplant as i search a lot for the causes but didn't find any. please advise me.

Don't jump from forum to forum trying to gain acceptance or to assuage your anxiety. See your doctor if you have issues.  You may not see results for 6 to 12 months.

If you didn't get a satisfactory answer, ask again until you get an answer by your doctor.  It is normal to lose hairs after surgery.  It is normal to lose hairs with scabs.  Sometimes you can lose grafts as well if you're not careful.  The is no way to tell unless you have...

You can't get back the hairs you lost, like you can't get back your youth.  Genetic hair loss is permanent.  Juvenile hair loss is also permanent.  If you want to understand what you have, you need to see a doctor for an examination.

I'm 2 months post Hair Transplant and not all hair have shed ? Will this impact my final results?

You will look worse before you look better.  Some if not all your transplanted hairs may shed.  There is no right or wrong.  Everyone is different.

Is hair transplant procedure the same in USA and Mexico?

Your doctor may speak Spanish in Mexico, otherwise the surgery "should" be the same as in the U.S.  If you are concerned about the quality of doctors or the techniques, it is highly variable even in the SAME CITY.
