like you see in the pictures all my body is infested with those moles but the place i hate most is my face because i think it makes me ugly

Can you wet the area of mole removal after stitches have been removed after a week? (e.g. bath/shower)

Thnak you for your question.Generally it is fine to shower/bath  1 week post op of a mole removal. It is best to follow &/or check with your physician regarding post op  care.
