How can I completely remove really dark eczema scars from my neck? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for the question. There are indeed several lasers that can minimize browns or dark scars and I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon or aesthetician in your area. They can best determine type and number of treatments. As always, keep the area covered with a quality sunscreen to prevent further darkening and damage. Best of luck!

These scars can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Many conditions melisma, darkness from excema, sun, genetics can cause uneven skin coloration.This is not possible to completely get rid of, however, spf 30 daily and prevention will help minimize worsening. Microneedling with prp over multiple treatments may also help with blending the skin coloration over time.Best. Dr Brecht
