Answer: Try using different approach to reverse filler Filler migration, swelling, and granulomas can cause significant discomfort and cosmetic ramifications. Our office specializes in the use of enzymes and filler reversal techniques without hyaluronidase to help improve the results of botched cosmetic fillers, whether caused by Juvederm, Restylane, or foreign fillers. Our plastic surgery institute provides expertise in filler removal. We begin by examining the facial fillers and assessing the likelihood of fluctuance or liquid volumization. If appropriate, we use Hylenex, or other filler reversal agents to reduce swelling and filler migration. Hylenex can be targeted into the areas of concern using multiple layered injection techniques. If the filler does not completely resolve, then additional concentrations may be employed. The technique has the potential to reduce the filler and may slightly impact normal hyaluronic acid. Treatments are repeated and results can improve immediately and with time. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Ask your doctor to do it. Hi, I think you are asking it you can pop the bubbles if filler like how you might pop a pimple. Each bubble appears separate and superficial meaning close to the surface. Perhaps using a needle for dissolving may better “dissolve” each bubble. A cannula is good for not causing bruising, and can find a plane or layer of least resistance, but the way that the filler was placed appears to be small bubbles of filler close to the surface of the lip skin. The cannula will need to penetrate the walls of the filler bubble, but since the time of the cannula is rounded, it may have bounced off the firm bubbles of filler instead of penetrating them and delivering the dissolve into the center of the bubble. When dissolving I usually use a needle which may increase the chance of bruising, but increase the chance than I can deliver the dissolve into the filler pockets. If the injector injected in bubbles it may take more than one session to get all of them. Hope this helps. Good luck and go see your doctor to help you resolve this.

Answer: No You need to go back to your injector and hopefully going forward you will make sure to see an expert injector. Have your injector dissolve everything and then wait a few weeks to see an expert! Best of luck!
