Botox is a neuromodulator that works by inhibiting the ability of the injected muscle to contract. The effects of Botox are temporary, typically lasting three to four months. If you are noting a droop of the nostril two years later it is likely attributed to a different cause.

Hi, thank you for your question! The best way to help reduce the effect of lower face botox would be to do facial exercises and using a vibration device. The vibration tool will help contract the muscle which in return will help the botox metabolize at a faster rate.
