I had a lip lift, I was unaware that my sill would be removed and my nose and mouth area would be disfigured, options?

The same dr “revised” the first attempt and it looked worse. When I spoke with the dr about my dissatisfaction, his response was “ you said it looked good after I finished.” Yes I did, I had just been cut open. I was number, out of sorts and the final results are not apparent in the first minutes after surgery. I then went to another dr, revised the scar but now I look pulled and my mouth is very triangular. What are my options if any?
