Flat mid-face. Will a lip lift and Lipofilling help, or is it a better procedure for me? (Photos)

Question

I have an asymmetrical and angry mouth, and 2 cm between lip and nose. I also have quote showing nasolabial folds, and loss of volume in my cheeks in the front of my face. I also have high cheek bones, and this is not a pretty combination... I am desperate, and have a constant headache from tightening the muscles in my face and making a "grimace". I'm going back through questions that have not been answered and I can't believe yours was missed.From what little I can see from your mid face it does appear you have a shallow maxilla and a slightly prominent lower jaw. In these cases a volume augmentation in the mid face will do wonders to restore balance in your mid face. The mid face increase in volume by itself without the lip lift will do a lot to improve the overall balance of your face. Of course, the lip lift will also add to the effect.
