After 10 weeks of sclerotherapy on large veins at the base of the back of my thigh, just above my knee, I'm still experiencing lumps and knots and quite often mild sensitivity. I wear compression stockings for about 9 hours every day. Should the veins be drained?

Either way, if you think that Differin is causing you to develop telangiectasias, then stop using it. The telangiectasias can be treated easily with topical lasers. Dr H Karamanoukian
