Can filler help conceal a nostril piercing scar?

restore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. I find that lasers such as fractional CO2 work best to smoothen out scars. Please

Thank you for your picture and question.  You can definitely benefit from having a little filler injected into the piercing opening to soften it appearance but I would also advise and suggest you have laser treatments to encourage elastin and collagen build up so reapply help you even it out even more. From the picture it appears that the scar is a depressed scar. Filler may help fill it up a bit so that debris does not get stuck in it. Remember however that filler is not permanent and will need to be repeated. That being said a fair plan would be to try that and see if it is satisfactory. Once a physician sees the scar in person they can determine if it needs to be excised, lasered or dermabraded for permanent results. Good luck!
