I had micro needling 5 days ago. I wanted her to concentrate on my dark spots. I have had this done before, but I definitely have more scabby looking areas. I do this to avoid the down time with chemical peels, but here I am 5 days later with dark "skinned" looking scabs. Is this common?I looked at tons of photos and can't find any photos of after pictures like my face. I don't wear foundation, so hard to cover up. I just wear tinted sunscreen
