Microneedling and Laser Skin Tightening, good combo or too much together?

Yes, I often combine lasers with microneedling (and prp) and will do these procedures on the same day. Keep in mind, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Without knowing at your skin status it is difficult to make the right recommendation. In my experience Microneedling and laser treatments can work very nicely together. Microneedling once a month for maintenance seams unnecessary to me. In my practice I recommend maintenance every three months.
