I am just wondering if laser helmet and laser brush really work for preventing hair loss and help hair regrowth. it looks to me they are just LED lights. For a bunch of LED lights they are way too expansive. I am curious if there is any clinic proof behind it?

You have patterned hair loss, the most likely of which is AGA. No, stress does not give this pattern.Be sure to see a dermatologist to review the cause of your itchy scalp. Seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, psoriasis and even the early stages of AGA give itching.
Finasateride has sexual side effects in less than 2% of men. My son is one it and has been for the past 15 years. He reversed his hair loss and had an increased sex drive with no erectile side effects. The other medications you discussed may or may not help, but they won't get at the root cause...
It is vitamin rich, but has no value in stopping hair loss. If you are experiencing hair loss, then you need a diagnosis as it sounds like it is accelerating on its own and you need to know why.
