Hello, I ride horses for a living, I am a professional horse trainer, teacher, and I jump horses like you see in the olympics. I am interested in to what and if any doctors out there know how long it will actually take to heal enough to ride and compete agian. I do not sit on top of the horse and do nothing. its very hard work and your use your core a lot. Any help from maybe PS that know or actually ride competitively would be great! post opt 11 days
