Riding & Jumping Horses after TT, MR, Lipo. Any suggestions? (photos)

Because of the amount of core work needed to perform at such a high level for dressage, eventing, and jumping I would favor a more conservative 10-12 weeks to have you be able to compete.  At 6-8 weeks most patients are able to resume activities to strengthen their core after a muscle repair but it will likely take several more weeks to have your endurance return.  Hope this helps. 

I would take a very conservative approach given the detailed information you have provided on your profession and say that you should not do this for about three months. You may be able to ride recreationally at any earlier point but certainly not obstacle jumping.
