Sleeping braless after Breast Augmentation (Photos)

Thank you for your question.  I advise my patients to wear a support bra 24/7 for 6 weeks post-operatively. You should be fine to sleep without a bra at this point.  Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. After 13 weeks I think it is fine for you to sleep without a bra.  By now the implant pocket should be well formed and should not be adversely affected by everyday activities such as sleeping, exercise or your work.If you have any questions it is always a good idea to check with your surgeon as well since they can give you specific advice based on your medical history and operative details.All the best,Dean

By 13 weeks after breast augmentation if should be able to  sleep without a bra.  Of course follow the specific advice of your plastic surgeon.
