Dear LindaB2015: Cool Sculpting only affects the fat cells which live under your skin but above the abdominal muscle wall. The abdominal CT scan is interested in what lies deep to the muscle wall including the internal organs. The radiologist may note a bit of swelling of the superficial fat layer but your treatment will have no affect on what is seen below the muscle layer.Best of luck to you!G. Robert Meger MD
coolsculpting will not affect a CT scan , I suggest going to an expert for treatment. Best, Dr. Emer.
Having had a CoolSculpting procedure to your abdomen will not affect the results of your scheduled abdominal CT scan.
CT scans are ordered for diagnostic purposes for things within your abdominal cavity, not for the superficial structures like skin and fat. Coolsculpting should not effect your CT Scan results. Anything involving your body and health, it is always best to disclose anything you have done, medicines you have taken, etc. to the radiologist or health care provider---let them determine what information is important or not. Too much information is better than too little.
CoolSculpting done on your abdomen should not have any effect the results of your abdominal CT Scan.
Coolsculpting should not effect the results of an abdominal ct scan. At 1 week post-op, The radiologist may see some swelling under your skin over your lower or upper abs, but this should not effect the overall results of the scan.
I treat this many times a week with vaser liposuction. I suggest you see a body shaping expert who does a lot of revision body contouring treatments. Best, Dr. Emer.

Stacking is a nice technique to use to treat love handles and the bra fat. If you have very wide love handles, stacking can be used just on your love handles.
Psoriasis is not a contraindication for CoolSculpting. That being said, I recommend visiting a board-certified dermatologist for an in-person consultation to make sure that you are a good candidate for the procedure.
Again, the discomfort from the initial application of the CoolSculpting device is due to the pressure of the vacuum as the fat is drawn up into the applicator. Local anesthetic has no effect on this pressure sensation. As the cold temperature sets in you go numb. If you are having that much...
Most often the treatment isn't painful enough to need oral or injectable medication. Topical numbing would have no effect. Best, Dr. Emer.
