Is it normal for implants to feel cold?

Yes, occasionally individuals with breast implants will notice that the implants feel colder than the rest of the body.
Normally this will improve with time, however on a very cold day, you may continue to notice a milder degree of coolness to the skin over the implants.
I suggest you mention this at your next follow up visit with your Plastic Surgeon.
