I am currently in talks with a few surgeons and thinking over getting a breast reduction. I am 23 and currently. a 30E looking to be a small C. I recently had a consultation with a plastic surgeon who told me I had tuberous breasts. This is the first time I had ever heard of this, so I wanted to get some second opinions here. I was also curious to know how different the procedure would be if that was the case?

Answer: Breast Reduction Thank you for your question and photos. From the photos, I see you have Breast Ptosis (aka sagging breasts) grade III. Some surgeons might diagnose Tuberous Breast Deformity as well. However, the treatment is the same anyway. You need a breast reduction surgery. I would like to recommend Vertical-scar Breast Reduction.

However, I would suggest a breast reduction and lift, so the outcome will be natural, it will meet your expectations, the aim is to lift your breasts by removing excess skin. Breast lifts aim to move the areola and nipple up, improve the shape of the breasts either by reorganizing the breast tissue or, if this is not enough, placing a prosthesis to give them volume, depending on what you want. Without an examination that can measure key breast parameters and permit an in-depth discussion of your desired goals and outcomes, I can only recommend that.
