Bottom out or drop and fluff? 4 months post op (Photo)

It looks like your tissue has relaxed in a normal fashion over the time interval. I don't think that there is any problem with your implants.

I don't really see a problem with the breast at this point in time. So far it looks as though you have gotten a good result.

To me the 4 month result looks great. But only in person second opinions can determine f your are 'bottoming out'....

Your implants look fine in the photos. If there is a specific concern, then I think you should direct it to your surgeon.

You have a good result. The implants have dropped a little but they very natural and the nipple areolas are siting in an aesthetic position.

A photograph with both arms down at the side would be helpful.  Your breast implant result looks quite good for 4 months.  The left breast implant may be lower but I cannot tell if this is caused by the elevation of your right arm.  If there is any concern about bottoming out it would be on the left side but if it is there it is not severe.  Please see her plastic surgeon for an examination and opinion.
