I'm 5'4", 140lbs. During my consultation, my PS suggested moderate profile silicone breast implants with either 320 cc's or 440 cc's. My BWD is 13.8 with the PS stating that he'd use a 13.5cm implant. I'm afraid 320 cc's is too small and 440 cc's seems huge. I'd like somewhat of a natural appearance, mostly to add fullness and create a more "youthful" breast. What should I do?

Thank you for your question. While it is rather difficult to give concise and accurate advice online especially without pictures, in general if you are small A cup and wish to be a D cup, I would recommend using larger implants than the ones you have already mentioned. You would likely have size...
Very possible but only real way is implant removal to see if you are having these issues... Can have fat grafting to replace implants as an answer..
The difference in size will not be clinically different. 15cc is 3 teaspoons. If you are comfortable in that size range I would normally recommend the larger size. More patients state they wish they were larger than smaller. Best of luck !
