hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...I do not see that anything bad happens with your face, what if we could is to give better projection and profile to your face with a rhinoplasty, we gonna put a bit fine tune your nose, we would cut nasal wings and you will see a significant change for you.
It's difficult to tell from your picture, without a profile provided. Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape. You can bring the photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.
I would recommend starting with a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty surgery to discuss if rhinoplasty can address your concerns. I would recommend writing down the following questions before scheduling your consultation:1. Are you unhappy with the tip of your nose? 2. Do you feel that your nose is too wide? 3. Do you want to make your nostrils smaller in appearance? 4. Are you looking to decrease the general size of your nose?I hope some of these questions will help you pinpoint what it is that you don't like about your nose. Cost will vary due to various factors like anesthesia fees, facilities fees, etc. I wish you the best as you research your options when scheduling a rhinoplasty consultation.Sincerely,Philip J. Miller, MD, FACS Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
I'm happy to help you, if you can come in for a consultation or through a virtual consult via video. There are a few areas that we can consider improving to meet your goals. Overall you have a youthful face with good skin but I need to know how you feel and what bothers you so I can give you the best guidance (rather than just list a bunch of facial procedures). Best wishes
The shape of your face is beautiful. There is nothing really wrong with your face. You have good lips and nice shaped nose that's consistent with your ethnicity. You do have rather deep tear trough lines under your eyes. This is a genetic trait. These are a crease or line on the inner part of the lower eyelids. You can easily get rid of those by injecting a filler such as Vollure, Restylane, or Volbella. This needs to be done by a skilled injector as this area is very tricky to make smooth. Also if done by a non-skilled injector you can go blind. This area is deficient of volume therefore there is a crease. Filler will make this area smooth. Its important for the filler to be carefully layered on the bone and not in the skin. When placed on the bone you will not inject into the vessels around the eyelid. Also fillers can last around 1.5 years there. I don't use other fillers such as Juvederm ultra plus or Voluma there as they are too hydrophilic and swell with time.
Thank you for your photo. There are different things that you can change on your face depending on the goals. A rhinoplasty can be performed to improve the definition and shape of your nose. Eyelid surgery can brighten your eyes and smooth the line from the corner of your eye onto your cheek (tear trough). It is best to have an in-office examination to determine what treatments will achieve the goals you desire. There are non-surgical options as well such as filler, botox, and skin care which can improve your overall skin quality and appearance. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Dear breezytrees, A consultation and discussion of what bothers "you" with your face would be very helpful in pinpointing your concerns. As far as my opinion, I think you would have an excellent result with rhinoplasty surgery to refine your nose and better balance your facial aesthetics. See examples in the link and video below. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
Dear leeww, Thank you for your question. Warping of the rib cartilage can happen and if its mild it may be camouflaged with fillers, otherwise a revision rhinoplasty may be required to address the problem. There are techniques to reduce the risk of warping when using rib cartilage....

Although you have not included photos of your nose before surgery, I understand that you had a bump that was rasped down. At times, with the resolution of the swelling of the skin these small, subtle bumps can persist. It is important to have close follow up with your surgeon and if at some po...
