My right cheek is bigger than my left cheek, and I have an asymmetrical face. What can I do? (photo)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Thanks for the question. Keep in mind that everyone has a degree of asymmetry in their face. If yours bothers you, the best treatment option is likely injectable fillers. This treatment could add subtle volume to the left side of the face to bring the contour into better balance. While this treatment is minimally invasive, it does require a tremendous amount of precision and expertise in facial anatomy to produce a natural result. Make sure the doctor you choose is board certified and has had extensive training in dermal fillers to ensure an optimal outcome. 

Almost everyone has some mild asymmetry to the face.  Injectable fillers are frequently used to help provide more balance to the face and this is something that could be of benefit to you.

Hi there asymmetry can be caused simply by sleeping a certain way.  Try sleeping on your back..have a consultation with a certified physician to discuss fillers to restore lost volume in certain areas.Best of luck...
