4 days post op lip lift, how can I to solve nostril irritation?

I had a lip lift 4 days ago and ever since my nostrils, inside, have been very irritated. I have tried putting neosporin with a Q tip inside the nostrils and this gives relief for maybe 20 minutes. Does anyone have advice for what will relive this irritation?

I prefer the subnasal lip lift as it gives reliable and aesthetically pleasing results. The Endonasal lip lift has the advantage of hiding the scar, however the aesthetic outcomes are not always satisfactory.
