I've had buccal fat removal, chin implant, & liposuction under my chin. It helped me get rid of my double chin look but didn't make much of an impact on my problem areas: near the corner of my mouth. I'm left with what look like jowls. The jowliness makes my mouth appear small & my face to look more aged. I can't smile wide due to all the tissue at my lower face. I'm not overweight & have always had a fat face. What can I do to slim my face to achieve more of a heart shaped or v-face shape?
