How can I fix a scar on my upper eyelid from using tretinoin cream? (Photo)

My eyes are uneven, my right upper eyelid was droopy so I decided to apply some tretinoin cream and vitamin c on it to tighten it as I read and after two days I found a scar or extra crease on it, how did this happen and how can I correct this issue?
