Got PicoWay on my face 3 days ago now seeing red bumps on my jawline. Is this normal? (photos)

I had Picoway laser treatment on my face 3 days ago for the first time, and now my jawline has several red bumps that look similar to acne/a rash. My doc just said to continue moisturizing and the bumps didn't look concerning, but its getting worse. Thoughts?

Burns / irritation need a combination of:
1) healing lasers and light such as aerolase or laser genesis and LED therapy with light stim
2) topical growth factors, stem cells, antioxidants
3) oxygen facials
4) platelet rich plasma and A cell topically
5) sun protection
6) vascular lasers for redness such as venus versa IPL, excel V KTP, and pulsed dye laser/VBeam
After 6-12 weeks you can treat for hyperpigmentation with cosmelan peels, hydroquinone, retinol or non ablative lasers like clear and brilliant or radiofrequency like venus viva.

We commonly see an acne like rash in a number of patients after Picoway toning. Usually settles down in a couple of days. I would avoid aggressive moisturizing. Sunscreen and sun avoidance should be enough.

PicoWay Resolve or Zoom can cause some skin irritation simply from the heat of the procedure. A few patients I've seen over the years have developed a minor cause of folliculitis. I would not be concerned with what I see in your photos but if you are itching the skin a lot or feel like it's getting worse, I would just return to see if you need a topical or oral medication. OTC hydrocortisone is usually enough applied a few times a day after cool water as well. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion.
