I don’t want people knowing I had plastic surgery. I’ve got an oval face with strong cheekbones but I’m also somewhat overweight at 6ft 3, 240lbs (lots of underneath fat under the chin). My chin is weak and rounded. I have no jaw angles in the back mandibular area. What I would like to do to correct: liposuction under chin and jawline, square chin implant giving me more horizontal length, mandibular angle implants, buccal fat pad reduction. Will people know right away I had implants? Would it be believable to tell them I just lost weight?
