I’ve got an oval face and I’m looking a sharp defined jawline with mandibular angles, lipo on the jawline and a forward projecting chin. Would this be the best route and is it possible to get that square sharp angular look without looking fake? For example Clay Aiken to me looks superficial, not good. Ive provided a picture of what i believe is a chin implant and mandibular angle implant. These results look great because it’s not too blocky or overdone, but it squared his bone structure.
