How to treat side effect of Fraxel laser causing orange peel skin texture? (photos)

Hi everyone !!! I’m desperately seeking help as my Dr is unsure of why has happened to my skin. I had fraxel done 6 months ago and for the past four months my skin has turned rough and bumpy. I stopped using all Products and only wash with cetaphil and apply DermAid hydrocortisone to my face 1%. Still no changes to the skin .I originally wanted to procedure to improve skin texture, help with congested skin and sebaceous Hyperplasia.
