How do three haired grafts usually grow after a hair transplant? I only see a few single hairs at 3 months.

Three hair grafts grow out with three hairs from a spot.  If you see only single hairs you may have had single hair grafts.  It also takes up to 6 to 12 months to see the full results.

It generally takes around 3 months just to start to see new growth, and I'm sure that you realize that you're still very early in the process.  You may notice now that you only have 1 hair follicles, but over time, many of those 1 hair grafts will likely become 2 and 3 hair grafts as the follicle achieves its full density and thickness.  Good luck!

Thank you for the question. Being only 3 months post procedure, at this point you should not expect much growth, Give yourself another few weeks where you should see roughly around 15% growth only. Not all hairs will start to grow at the same speed. Some will come sooner, others later. Normally its takes 6 months to see 50% growth, and up to 14 months if not more to achieve full growth. It is normal what you see at three months and you need to be patient for full results at 12-15 months PO. Good luck.
